We have all heard of Compound Interest by taking mortgages on our homes.

If we follow the same principles as banks do when they profit from Compound Interest, we can then see how building communities can also create a "Passive-Residual-Income" by the same principles..... It is the power of compounding.

Let me ask you!

Would you rather accept 1 Million Dollars paid in full on day 15, or would you accept a penny doubled, compounded daily for 30 days, then paid in full on the 30th day?

(That is the definition of Compound Interest)...

Example:
.Day ONE is $.01,
.Day TWO doubled is $.02 + the first day of $.01 = $.03
.Day THREE is $.03 doubled is $.06 + day two of $.03 = $.09
.Day FOUR is $.09 doubled is $.18 + day three of $.09 = $.27)

So if you knew on day 15 the total is less than $200.00, would you accept the Million Dollars immediately on day 10 or would you wait 10 more days and collect the sum of penny doubled for 20 days?
